Ursus Capharellus, son of the late Sergius “castaldus”, and his wife Pulsena, daughter of the late Alferus, give to Adelarius, son of the late Romoaldus, one piece of land "cum insirteto et zenzalito" in Dragonea in the place called Clusa, in exchange with one piece of land "cum insirteto et viscileto" in the same place. Ursus and Pulsena appointed as guarantor [“fideiussor”] Romoaldus, nephew of the same Adelarius and son of the late Petrus “clericus et medicus”.

Dispute between Petrus, son of the late Petrus, and Cesarius, son of the late Dumnellus, concerning the boundaries of a piece of land in Matierno, at the presence of Rottelgrimus, “comes et iudex”. Rottelgrimus ordered the litigants to exchange the wadia and to appoint fideiussores: Caesarius chooses Vivum son of the late Nicholaus Rubru, Petrum chooses Romoaldus, son of the late Petrus “clericus et medicus”. After the judge and the notary had inspected themselves the land, and Rottelgrimus had read the documents presented by both the parties, Caesarius was asked if he wanted to defend his property rights himself, but he refused. Rottelgrimus therefore orders him to present witnesses, and asks the two litigants to exchange a wadia again.Caesarius chooses Vivus son of the late Nicholaus Rubrus and Caesarius chooses Ademarius comes son of the late Landolfus comes.

Trinità in loco Metiliano [= Santissima Trinità of Cava], and of Iohannes iudex, Petrus iudex, son of the late Iaquintus, and his wife Porpora, daughter of the late Roderisius, sell to Iohannes, monk and representative of the same monastery, the eighth part of two lots of land in loco Veteri [= Vietri], in the places called “Submonte” and “Stillanti”, at the price of 28 golden “tareni” of Amalfi. Petrus clericus, son of the late Petrus “clericus et medicus”, is appointed as guarantor [“fideiussor”] of the monastery.

Iohannes, cleric and abbot of the church of Santa Maria, concedes for 22 years to Alfanus “clericus et medicus”, son of the late Arechisius, one piece of land with one two-floor wooden house near the church. Furthermore, Iohennes concedes him as a "beneficium" one piece of land with one stone house and another adjacent building, which was conceded for 29 years to Nicola called Iuramaria, son of the late Iohannes, and his mother Maria at the rent of 8 tareni. It is agreed that for the next ten years Nicola and Maria will pay the rent directly to Alfanus. In exchange, Alfanus commits himself in celebrating regularly mass in the church of Santa Maria, paying a yearly fine of 4 “tareni” should he be absent from the city for more than two years.
