Sergius of Atrani, son of the late Martinus of Atrani, called Curialis, and his wife Gemma, daughter of the late Petrus, sell to Costantinus of Atrani, son of the late Petrus of Atrani, one piece of land with one vineyard and fruit trees in Vietri in the place called “Scrofole”, at the price of 53 golden “tareni” of Amalfi. Among the charters produced to prove their right of property, one dating back to 975 was witnessed by Lotherius “clericus et medicus”.
