Agimundus, son of the late Ursus, receives as "livellus" from Petrus, bishop of Lucca, two houses and the lands pertaining to them in Medesano, committing himself in (1) inhabiting and improving them, (2) giving the bishop every year half of the wine and hay, one third of wheat, one forth of every other produce of the land, and two chicken with 10 eggs, (3) welcoming the bishop and its envoys whenever they will come, and (4) going to the bishop "legem et justitiam faciendum" whenever called.
