Richilda, daughter of the late count Bonifacius the Bavarian, made abbess of the monastery of San Benedetto e Santa Scolastica in Lucca by Petrus, bishop of Lucca, and Odolpertus, abbot of the monastery of San Salvatore in Sesto, commits herself to giving the monastery back to them and a sum equal to the double of the value of the possessions pertaining to it should she take it away from the authority of the Church of Lucca.
