In the presence of witnesses and of the envoys of Teudemarius, patriarch of Aquileia, and Bernardus, count of Verona, Eufrasia, abbess of S. Maria "puellarum", declares that the community of her monastery was always subject to the patriarch of Aquileia and the abbot of S. Maria in Organo in Verona, and that it desires to remain subject to the abbot of S. Maria in Organo.

In the presence of witnesses, Rumualdus, abbot of S. Maria in Organo, declares to be ready to pay to Rimpertus, "rogator" of the late Audo, bishop of Verona, 12 and a half pounds of silver for the possessions in Sezano that Audo donated for his soul to the monastery of S. Maria in Organo. Rimpertus refuses to be paid.
