Odolpertus, son of the late Lampertus, donates "pro anima" to the church of Gesù Cristo and Beata Maria Vergine in Feruniano - church founded by himself and dedicated by Iacopus, bishop of Lucca - the following possessions: (1) the land over which the church rises; (2) one fenced piece of land with one vineyard, one house and some trees, bought from Aurispertus, son of the late Ospertus; (3) one piece of land bought from the sons of the late Firmus; (4) two adjacent pieces of land in “Transrotta”, called "ad Sicca", one bought from the same Aurispertus, the other from the brothers Carulus and Tassilus; (5) one house in Palaia, once controlled by Auriprandulus and now by Altulus, "homo liber", with all the possessions pertaining to it; (6) one house in Palaia controlled by Prandulus with all the possessions pertaining to it – this under the agreement that every year Prandulus will supply the aforementioned church with the oil for the illuminations. Odolpertus reserves for himself and his heirs the power of overseeing the church and its possessions and of appointing a priest for the divine office and the solemn masses for the souls of the founder and his parents.
