Summary of a dispute discussed at the presence of Iohannes "iudex" by Mascinus "clericus", son of the late Romualdus, and Iohannes of Atrani, brother of Leo and son of the late Maurus, concerning the boundaries of a land in “Albole” and Transboneia. Among the documents brought to court, Mascinus presents a charter of 1059 [19th year of Gisulf] with the confirmation of rights made by prince Gisulf concerning properties in Transboneia, Albole, Aqua Palombara, Monte Falerezu, Aqua Iohannes, Caput de Aqua, Sabuculu and Fossatu to the following people: Mascinus clericus and Adelarius, sons of Romoaldus; Iaquintus and Ademarius, sons of Madelmus; Pantaleo of Atrani, son of the late Petrus; Ursus son of the late Sergius castaldus and his wife Pulissena, daughter of the late Alferius; Blatta, wife of Petrus Granitus and daughter of Sergius of Atrani; Gregorius and Risus, cleric, sons of the late Iaquintus “clericus et medicus”. Iohannes iudex, orders (1) Mascinus and Iohannes to exchange the wadia; (2) Iohannes to swear on the copy of the Gospels provided by Mascinus that one of the documents he presented – which Mascins declared a forgery. After this, Iohannes iudex confirms Iohannes’ property of the land in Albole. As fideiussores, Mascinus chooses Petrus de Rocca, son of the late Iaquintus, and Iohannes Stephanus, son of the late Leo of Atriani.

At the presence of Grimoaldus "iudex", Romoaldus son of the late Petrus "clericus et medicus" gives half of the church of S. Nicola to Lupinus, son of the late Iohannes Atranensis and monk of the monastery of S. Nicola di Gallucanta, who is acting on behalf of his daughter Gemma, wife of Lanodoarius "comes". Romoaldus received this part of the church from Landoarius himself. It is agreed that, should Gemma die without children, this half of the church should go back to Landoarius under the payment of 50 "solidi".
