Iohannes called Buccatoctius and his brother Petrus, sons of the late Iohannes Buccatoctio and the late Maria, together with their sons, ask Iohannes, “medicus” and monk of the monastery of Signore e Salvatore Nostro Gesù Cristo, to rent one empty plot of land in the city of Naples for 29 years. They commit themselves to pay every year one “starium” of olive oil and two golden “tari” as “calciarum”.
