Iohannes, “iugmenos” of the monastery of Santi Sergio and Bacco, now congregated in the monastery of Santi Teodoro e Sebastiano, promises to Martinus, priest and “custos” of the church of San Eutimio, the ownership of the church and possessions pertaining to it as long as he lived, as determined by the document made by his “magister” Gregorius, priest and “medicus”. After his death, Martinus is expected to leave to the church of San Eutimio half “modium” of one piece of land in "campu laudini", one codex "qui est collectarium artis medicine", one psalter and one barrel. Moreover, before his death, he would choose a cleric or a priest to oversee the church and the goods relating to it, and officiate day and night. Furthermore, Martinus and his successor are expected to bring two loaves of bread to the monastery for Easter every year. After the death of Martinus' successor, all the goods will come back to the monastery.

Gregorius, priest, son of the late Iohannes from Sorrento, was made “custos” of the church of Santa Iuliana near the gate of San Gennaro by Iohannes, “iugmenos” of the monastery of Santi Sergio e Bacco, now congregated in the monastery of Santi Teodoro e Sebastiano, at the condition that he would live there for the rest of his life. He promises to officiate day and night, to give the monastery two loaves of bread twice a year, once at Christmas and once at Easter.
