Adalardus, abbot, “vassus” of the emperor Karolus, decrees that Ildepertus, abbot of the monastery of San Bartolomeo in Pistoia, built by the late Gaidoaldus “medicus”, is not expected to take part in war and in parades, nor to pay contributes to the Imperial Palace.
