Leo, deacon and “prepositus” of the monastery of San Bartolomeo outside Pistoia’s walls, gives as “livellus” to Petrus, priest, son of the late Atraldus, the house and the “res sorte” in “Cappetiano” belonging to the church of Santa Maria, together with the church itself, under the annual payment of 32 silver “denarii”.
