Content details :
Iohannes “medicus”, son of Gregorius “medicus”, donates for the salvation of his soul to Anna, abbess of the monastery of Santi Pantaleone e Sebastiano, and of Signore Nostro Gesù Cristo e San Gregorio, his house in Naples and one piece of land in Gualdo. The house was bought from Iohannes called Medicus, uncle of Gregorius “medicus”, with the consent of his wife Marenda. The land was bought from Martinus, son of Stephanus “primicerius”, with the consent of Petrus and Iohannes from Sorrento, his defendants, and thanks to a "chartulam comparationis" made by Iohannes, son of Iohannes Millusus, and Iohannes and Maria Marenda, sons of Gregorius “medicus”.
