Content details :
Petrus, priest, son of the late Marenacus, is made keeper [“custos”] of the church of San Gennaro by the owners of the church - Scauracius, son of the late Gregorius, “venerabilis medicus”, Drosus and Maru, daughters of the late Basilius, and Maria, daughter of the late Canpulus and widow of Gregorius. Petrus promises (1) to live for the rest of his life by the church and to perform the priestly offices day and night; (2) to own, work and oversee the church and the possessions pertaining to it for four years.
