Melus, son of abbot Angelus, accuses Desideus, son of the late Romoaldus, of having occupied part of the land that Iohannes, son of the late Romoaldus and brother of Desideus, gave to his daughter Gemma, wife of Melus. Melus presents Siconis “comes et iudex” with a document showing Iohannes' donation.
