Content details :
Prince Ghisulfus donates to Dumnella, daughter of the late Iannacius of Atrani and wife of Alfanus, cleric, and to her son Petrus, one piece of land with one vineyard and one chestnut wood in Tusciano, currently held by Petrus de Maria, and part of the land currently held by Iaquintus clericus son of Petrus Francus, with the following agreement: should Petrus die without children, the land would go to Landelaite, daughter of Dumnella; should Landelaite die too without children, the land would come back to the prince. After receiving the wadia from the prince, Dumnella chooses as guarantors [“fideiussores”] Petrus “clericus et medicus”, son of the late Romualdus, and Iohannis, son of the late Alfanus “notarius”.
