After receiving lands and possessions from the priests Raffurs, son of the late Rascausus, and Liamprand, son of the late Baroncelli, as donation “pro anima”, Gausprand, abbot of the monastery of San Bartolomeo outside Pistoia’s walls, founded by Gadualdus “medicus”, rents the same goods to the donors as “livellus”, together with the church of Santa Maria in Pacationo and most of the possessions pertaining to it, under the annual payment of the third part of “siligine, favas et vino” prduced in the land of the church Santa Maria.
