Anneus, monk, called “de rivo matricio”, son of the late Tristaynus, receives the confirmation of the ownership of one piece of land “cum casa fabricata solarata” and another piece of empty land with one “balneum” in the city of Capua, near the church of S. Paolo. In exchange, he gives the monastery of SS. Trinità in Metiliano three pieces of “terra laboratoria” near castle Mataluni. Among the guarantors [“fideiussores”] he names Iohannes “clericus et medicus”, son of the late Petrus called “lombardus”.
