At the presence of Ursus “iudex”, Romoaldus, son of the late Iohannes de Sica, Iohannes “notarius”, son of the late Petrus, Sikelgayta, mother of the same Iohannes and widow of Petrus, and Gaytelgrima, wife of Amatus, donate to the monastery of SS. Trinità in Metiliano, for the salvation of their souls and those of their relatives, the church of S. Nicola in Dupino. They name as guarantor [“fideiussor”] Petrus “clericus et medicus”, son of the late Ursus, called Aputmontese.
