At the presence of Iohannes “iudex”, the brothers Leo, monk of the monastery of SS. Trinità in Metiliano, and Petrus, sons of the late Maio, donate for the salvation of their father’s soul and their own, one piece of land land “cum casa fabri(ta) (solarata)” in Salerno near the church of S. Matteo, to the monastery of SS. Trinità. Petrus will keep the usufruct of the land and the house for the rest of his life, or until he would decide to become monk. The brothers give “guadia” to Petrus, cleric, son of the late Petrus, “clericus et medicus” de Maio, and representative of the monastery.
