At the presence of Ademarius “iudex”, the monk Mascinus, son of the late Romoaldus, sells to Iohannes, “prepositus” of the monastery of S. Nicola in Salerno, acting on behalf of the monastery of SS. Trinità in Metiliano, one piece of land “cum arbusto et castaneis” in Transboneia, at the price of 110 golden “solidi”. The document is witnessed by Iohannes “lebita”, son of the late Petrus “clericus et medicus”, and Musanda, Mascinus’ sister.
