Tachipertus called Barbula, son of the late Iustulus, receives as "livellus" from Vualprandus, priest and “rector” of the church of Santa Maria in Sesto, one "casa massaricia" in Saltocchio, in the place called Ceriniana. In turn he commits himself in (1) inhabiting the house, (2) improving the land pertaining to it, (3) cultivating one vineyard located in the place called "sub Sala", (4) giving every year the half of the produced wine and olives, (5) giving two days a week every year as "angaria", and (6) going to the renter "ad justiciam faciendum" whenever called.
